The pneumatic diaphragm pump produced by our company is a new type of conveying equipment, and it is a newer type of pump in China at present. Using compressed air as the power source, for a variety of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, viscosity of volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquids, can be pumped up and sucked out.
The company produces a total of eleven kinds of diaphragm pump specifications. 2,Working Principle
Working principle of pneumatic diaphragm pump: in the diaphragm pump in the two symmetrical working chamber, each equipped with a piece of elastic diaphragm, connecting rod will be two pieces of diaphragm into a single piece of compressed air from the pump inlet connector into the valve room to promote the two working chamber of the diaphragm, drive the connecting rod coupling of the diaphragm synchronized movement. At the same time, the gas in the other chamber is discharged from the back of the diaphragm. When the piston reaches the end of the stroke, the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm spring toward the reverse selection, thus forming a synchronized reciprocating motion of the two diaphragms. Two one-way ball valves are set in each two chambers, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes the change of the inner volume of the working chamber, with the two one-way ball valves open and close alternately, so that the liquid is continuously inhaled and discharged.
The most obvious difference between our pneumatic diaphragm pump and other diaphragm pumps lies in the valve structure. Our pneumatic diaphragm pump valve structure eliminates the traditional “0” ring and column valve structure of the valve. Adopting three-phase pilot type, eliminating the valve dead point and pump shutdown phenomenon. Provides a correct and reliable reversing signal to avoid shutdown and faster reversing, giving the pump a larger flow rate, improved delivery performance, smaller pulses and more stable flow.
Air operated diaphragm pumps are designed with a simple, highly reliable air reversing valve that ensures no downtime and avoids costly shutdowns, and all air valve components can be replaced without disassembling the flow section. Aluminum parts are specially treated to resist corrosion caused by non-hao air, the plastic slider in the reversing valve is durable and not easy to damage, no lubrication is required to ensure a smooth air path and flexible reversing.
